  • Slight bleeding from pink to red to a brownish discharge between five and ten days after conception.
  • 3. Weeks pregnancy symptom, cramps are common
  • Nausea
  • Your breasts may be a little sore or tender

Even though there is a lot going on in your body right now, it’s not something you can really feel. During week 3 you can’t say you’re pregnant yet and you don’t have to have any physical symptoms.

Emotions

However, you may be experiencing some emotional symptoms. It may get you excited when you think about the beginning of this new journey. Or you may feel nervous and anxious while waiting to take a pregnancy test. Of course, you can switch between emotions, or even experience them all at once. All very normal. Pregnancy can turn into an emotional roller coaster even at this early stage.

Spotting

When your tiny baby reaches your womb, it will find a place to attach or implant in the uterine wall. It sometimes causes a small amount of bleeding or spotting as it gets inside. If you do not see any spotting during implantation, it does not mean that you are not pregnant.

Personal Care Tips

The 3rd and 4th weeks of pregnancy are a bit of a waiting game. Continue to take care of yourself by trying to eat well, get some activity, and stay positive.

Work On Your Diet

Start adding healthy foods to your daily diet to get all the nutrients you need to nourish your body and a growing baby, especially iron and folate.

Keep Taking These Vitamins

It is not always easy to get all the nutrients you need through your diet, so start or continue taking prenatal vitamins. While observing the 3rd week pregnancy nutrition, vitamins do not replace healthy nutrition, but they help fill the gaps.

Use Positive Affirmations

As you prepare physically for pregnancy, you can also prepare mentally. Positive affirmations are thoughts and statements you repeat to yourself. They can help you overcome any fear or anxiety you have while waiting for a pregnancy test. Try saying something like, “My body is ready and enough to feed a baby.” Positive thinking definitely doesn’t hurt.

Pregnancy Tests

3. It’s too early to take a home pregnancy test this week. However, in the middle of next week or later, a sensitive early test can detect the pregnancy hormone hCG in your urine.

Pregnancy can be one of the most exciting moments in a woman’s life, but also early pregnancy is one of the most anxious. Whether your pregnancy is planned or unexpected, you will face a wide variety of challenges over the next nine months. Naturally, you will think about your growing baby and how to care for it, but you will also go through many physical and emotional changes.

Your body at week 3 of pregnancy

3. Remember that you may not have missed your period yet, and you may have little idea that you are pregnant. Even if you and your partner are trying to get pregnant, you won’t find any physical signs of pregnancy that reveal a small human being growing inside you.

Pregnancy Books

Pregnancy books can provide information, tips, answers to questions, and even some information. Some books are a great resource to relax your mind and others are fun and relatable when you need a good laugh.

3. Your belly will become a hive of activity. If the sperm and egg find each other, they join a fallopian tube to form a single cell called a zygote in a process called fertilization. This zygote carries the chromosomes from the mother and father and forms the first building blocks of your future baby’s genetic makeup. The zygote then moves from the fallopian tube to the uterus as it begins to divide into a larger group of cells.
